Yes, we work directly with the brands to ensure that all products we sell are authentic.
Can I get a list of ingredients for a product?
Yes, under the product page subheading 'Ingredients'.
What do I do if I have an allergic reaction?
If an allergic reaction to one of our products, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message to our Customer Service Team, please include:
- Your order number
- The full name of the product
- A detailed description of the symptoms experienced
We may also ask for:
- A photo of your store receipt (if applicable);
- A photo of the product
As different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular ingredient, we suggest reviewing the listed ingredients of the product to help you identify any known sensitivities.
Can you notify me when an out of stock product is back in stock?
Just click the 'Waitlist Me' button located on the right-hand side of the product page that is currently out of stock and complete the required fields. You will receive an automated email notification once the item is back in stock.
