How do I place an order?

Shopping with Australia is easy.  

  • Log on to or the Mobile App.
  • To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity.
  • To review your items, click on the 'Shopping Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.  
  • Add in your preferred samples (available while stocks last) and if you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
  • Click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
  • Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method,and Payment Option, then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.  
  • You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.


How do I know if my order went through?

In addition to being sent an order confirmation email, you will be notified when the order ships out as well. Additionally, you can always check your order status under your account- Order section for the latest updates.  

Note: Always check the spam folder if the confirmation is not there in your inbox.


Why does my order status show 'Payment Pending'?

Typically, the 'Payment Pending' status occurs when payment is unsuccessful. However, you should have received an email from us with steps to reattempt the payment.


Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be changed.

Can I purchase items in bulk?

We know you love our products - we do too! Unfortunately, we do not allow bulk purchases and typically limit selected products to 2-6 pieces per item/variant/shade per customer. Products and samples are intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
