Your post-workout beauty essentials

Starting your day with a workout can be invigorating. Knocking over a sweat session first thing in the morning can leave you feeling energised and accomplished. Here’s what you need in your post-workout beauty arsenal to face the day looking fresh and fabulous. 

 

A cleanser

Create a clean slate for the day ahead and remove traces of sweat with a cleanser. Try and wash your face as soon as you finish your workout to prevent your pores from becoming clogged.
